At Lunar 2 Solar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your accessories, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

Timeframe:You can return most items within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition:Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Earrings and personal accessories cannot be returned if they have been worn due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.

How to Return:

1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@lunar2solar.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
2. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or materials that came with it.
3. Ship the Item: Use the return shipping label provided or ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. Please ensure you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

Refunds:

- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and issue your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
